- Maintain and update customer records in our system, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy or healthcare products is a plus but not required.
